Notice
Just Champagne is a trading name of Just Champagne Limited.
The purchase of products from Just Champagne Limited is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them before using the site. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Availability
Orders are subject to the availability of stocks. If your choice of product is not available we will contact you to offer the following options:
Alternative product - if the product is less in value then a partial refund will be arranged - if the product is more in value then additional payment will be required.
A delay until the product becomes available.
A refund to the value of the missing product.
Cancellation of the entire order and a full refund.
If we cannot contact you we reserve the right to provide suitable alternative products at no extra charge. It is very important that you give us your correct contact details during the order process.

Cancellation Rights
Customers have the right to cancel their orders from time of order until the 14th day after the day of receipt of goods. During this period if you wish to cancel your order please call us to confirm cancellation. We will refund you within 30 days of cancellation. If the goods have been dispatched you should return them to us in good condition within 7 days of notice of cancellation. If you do not return the goods to us within the specified time we will arrange for collection, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.

We aim to resolve all complaints to our customers’ satisfaction within five working days of the initial contact.

Our office hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday-Friday except for public holidays. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We cannot accept visitors to our offices without an appointment. Calls are charged at standard rates. We try to respond to all emails within 4 hours during office hours.
Just Champagne Limited is registered in England at the address above; the company registration number is 3683945. Our VAT registration number is 771 9332 13.

Data Protection
Our policy is that we will not pass on any customer details we collect to any third party without your permission.

Delivery
Delivery times are not guaranteed, they are estimates. For pre-noon deliveries in the UK, if the delivery is late we will normally refund the additional charge premium. We deliver to business and private addresses in the UK & the USA. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses.
Deliveries are generally made between 9am and 6pm. Just Champagne takes no responsibility for delays or non-delivery if the address or postcode/zip code supplied is not correct or if there is no one available to sign for the goods.
Delivery pricing and transit times are shown during the order process.
We recommend you supply a mobile number for the recipient on all orders and especially for deliveries to private addresses. This means our carriers can warn recipients of delivery and offer them options if they will not be in. For more information see our FAQs.

Our standard service for the UK mainland is a next day service. This service does not cover Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or Scilly Isles for which there are other service options where the default service is 2 or 3 working days and not next working day. 

Scottish Highlands cover the following postcodes: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50

Scottish Islands cover the following postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

Working days are Monday to Friday but not public holidays.
Weights for all products are shown in the shopping basket. Charges are calculated automatically by the system.

Descriptions
The descriptions and pictures on the website are a guide to the style and look of our products. We try to make them as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for minor differences.

Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in England to which Just Champagne and the customer hereby submit.

Legal Notice for the UK
It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 years to purchase alcoholic beverages in the UK. Just Champagne requires that all customers agree to supply proof of age on request. Orders are not accepted from persons under the age of 18 years old. By placing an order you are making a representation that you are at least 18 years old.

Liability
To the extent allowed by the law, Just Champagne Limited shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site in the following circumstances:
For losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made
For losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of Just Champagne or their suppliers
For business losses and/or losses to non-consumers.

Payment
Payment is due before goods are dispatched unless a credit account has been authorised by Just Champagne in which case payment is due as per the terms shown on the invoice. Just Champagne reserves the right to withhold supplies and to suspend any further deliveries in the event that payment is overdue. We accept payment from the major credit and debit cards.

Prices
Prices quoted are in United Kingdom pounds and are inclusive of VAT but not delivery. Prices are subject to alteration by Just Champagne without prior notice. Price amendments will only be made prior to contract. Duty and taxes will be charged at the rates prevailing at the time of dispatch.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. For any privacy matters please contact services@justchampagne.co.uk. All information given at the time of ordering to the point of payment is collected by Just Champagne. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR 2018. The data is used to fulfill your order and for marketing campaigns. We use technology such as cookies to improve our services to customers. To opt out of our marketing campaigns please email marketing@justchampagne.co.uk. We do not pass your information to any third parties without your permission. Our payment provider collects your payment information. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Quality
All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations.

Risk
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. All goods should be examined for any obvious loss or damage at the time of delivery and the necessary evidence, including the goods, retained. Just Champagne accepts no liability for any loss through short delivery or damage to goods in transit unless the customer notifies us within a reasonable period after receipt of the goods.

Security
Our payment provider uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks. We subscribe to a global Certification Authority for secure data encryption.

Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Time of Order
Orders received by us before our cut off time (normally 4pm) during working days will be sent out that evening for delivery the next working day for UK mainland addresses. Orders received after the cut off time and on non-working days will be sent out on the evening of the next working day. Working days are Mondays to Fridays except public holidays. During busy times such as Christmas the cut off time may change and your estimated delivery date shown at time of order will reflect this change.

Title to Goods
Property and title in the goods shall remain with Just Champagne and shall not pass to the customer until such time as Just Champagne has received payment in full of all sums due on whatsoever account.

USA Shipments
Just Champagne makes no representation concerning the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcohol into any state. The customer is solely responsible for shipment of the alcohol and by placing an order is authorizing Just Champagne to act on their behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the order to the selected destination. Alcohol may only be sold to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing an order you are representing to us that you are at least 21 years old. Identification may be required when the goods are delivered.
