Taittinger Nocturne Sec – A mellow champagne with flavours of raisins and fruit in syrup. The added dosage of 17.5g of cane sugar per litre combined with the roundness, quality and maturity of the wine, gives this champagne it’s highly distinctive body and smoothness. It is laid down for four years to age before being disgorged. A pale yellow in colour with aromas of white blossom and ripe yellow fruits. An exceptional ‘sec’ champagne made with a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from over 30 crus from several different harvests. Great as an aperitif.
