Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut – A champagne without dosage, made exclusively with grapes from very ripe harvests and aged for four years prior to release. A very pale in colour with floral and fruit flavours and aromas of citrus and white flowers. This clean, crisp champagne goes particularly well with oysters, caviar and other seafood. Blend: 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir.
