Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut NV - A blend of fifty crus and reserve wines give this champagne the inimitable Clicquot style. There is a fine balance between the fruity aromas coming from the grape varieties and the toasty aromas following the ageing in the bottle. Blend: 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay.
Veuve Clicquot Vintage Brut – The blend includes seventeen crus only which are either Premier or Grand Crus. The dominance and power comes from the Pinot Noir, which represents 60% of the blend with 7% Pinot Meunier. The finesse and elegance are achieved from a complement of 33% Chardonnay. Floral notes with yellow fruits and pastries along with a hint of spice. Ideal as an aperitif or with chicken or fish.
Veuve Clicquot Vintage Rosé - In keeping with tradition, this Rosé Reserve is only made in the greatest years. A delicate pink with hints of orange in colour and aromas of red and black fruits and a touch of spices. The blend is 60% Pinot Noir, 7 % Pinot Meunier and 33 % Chardonnay, completed with an additional 15% of red wine from Bouzy, produced from Pinot Noir grapes originating in Veuve Clicquot's vineyards.
