Veuve Clicquot Vintage Brut – The blend includes seventeen crus only which are either Premier or Grand Crus. The dominance and power comes from the Pinot Noir, which represents 60% of the blend with 7% Pinot Meunier. The finesse and elegance are achieved from a complement of 33% Chardonnay. Floral notes with yellow fruits and pastries along with a hint of spice. Ideal as an aperitif or with chicken or fish.
