Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut NV – On average, 80% of the grapes come from premier and grand crus. It matures for a minimum of three years. A rich biscuity nose with a hint of summer fruits and tastes of nuts, toast and citrus fruits. Blend: 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier, harvested from 30 different villages.
