Bollinger R.D. Extra Brut Vintage - R.D. (Recently Disgorged) is an 'extra brut' so the dosage is very low. The blend is the same as the Grande Année, but it is aged for a longer period; a minimum of 8 years and up to 20-25 years on its sediment. This extra ageing allows a more subtle aroma of the champagne to fully develop and guarantees a highly original style. This is a champagne that really benefits from being served in a Burgundy glass. A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.
