Bollinger La Grande Année Brut Vintage - Bollinger only releases vintage champagne in great years, thus the denomination Grande Année. On average 95% of the grapes come from Premier and Grands Crus villages. The wines are individually fermented in oak casks before blending and aged for a minimum of five years in the cellar under cork. Blend: 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay.
