Chanson Chablis - Burgundy, France - An elegant wine which is crisp and well-balanced with good minerality. Fruity and mellow with a hint of spice and good persistence. 100% Chardonnay grapes have been carefully selected. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (16°) for 15-20 days and aged in stainless steel vats with 10% in French oak barrels with classic Burgundian toasting, bringing roundness and delicacy. A pale gold in colour with fragrances of white flowers (hawthorn) with citrus notes. To be enjoyed with starters, fish, white meat and goat’s cheeses.
