Pol Roger Brut Réserve NV – This is the house’s “signature” cuvée composed of at least 30 base wines drawn from at least two vintages and an equal blend of the three classic grape varieties. The colour is dense gold with aromas of stone fruits, nuttiness and a hint of honey. A delicious clean, crisp champagne. Good with fish and even spicy dishes.
