Contino Rioja Reserva 2019 - case of 6

Contino Rioja Reserva – Tempranillo, Spain – Produced with ripe, hand-selected and harvested grapes from the vineyards around Finca de San Rafael. This wine is a blend of four different grapes: 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, 2.5% Garnacha and 2.5% Mazuelo. Aged in American oak and French barrels for two years before bottling and aged for a further year in the cellars. A deep ruby red in colour with rich fruit aromas and some spicy notes add to it’s finesse. A well balanced wine with a long finish. Great with grilled and roasted red meats, pizza and pasta and stews and mild creamy or mature strong cheeses. Suitable for vegans.
