Chateau de Fontaine-Audon Cuvee Silex Sancerre – Loire Valley, France - This wine is produced from some of the best vineyards with a high level of the “silex” soil surrounded by one of the rare castles in the Sancerre region. Produced with 100% Sauvignon Blanc makes this a well-balanced wine with good acidity and fresh, fine mineral notes. Ripe, exotic fruit aromas of mango and citrus fruits. Great as an aperitif or with smoked salmon, grilled fish, chicken or goat’s cheese.
