Imperial Gran Reserva Rioja – Rioja, Spain – This wine is a blend 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, 5% Mazuelo, harvested from the best and oldest vineyards. A deep ruby red in colour with fruits of the forest and pine and sweet spice aromas.. Aged in American oak and French barrels for two years and a peroid of bottling before being released. Soft tannins and an elegant finish. Great with grilled and roasted red meats like lamb, pizza and pasta, casseroles and stews and mild creamy or mature strong cheeses.
