Bollinger PN VZ19 Brut – A wine for enthusiasts looking for different expressions of Pinot Noir from Champagne. Pinot Noir is one of the key pillars of the Bollinger style and the Maison has built its reputation by showcasing this grape variety. The PN cuvée is the result of research into the different styles of Pinot Noir and its different origins in Champagne. It represents a continuation of the Maison’s heritage and an affirmation of the legendary Bollinger style. In this way, each new edition offers a new interpretation of Maison Bollinger’s vineyards and savoir-faire.

100% Pinot Noir (Blanc de Noirs) from the vineyards of Verzenay including Aÿ, Avenay, Louvois, Mutigny and Tauxières. Base year: 2019. Oldest wine in the blend: 2009. It is aged in cellar for twice as long as stipulated by the Appellation. Dosage: Moderate, 6g/l

Expressive and fruity on the nose with orchard and exotic fruits notes. A symphony of delicate, ethereal scents where every aroma comes together in perfect harmony. On the palate white fruit and citrus notes with apple acidity and vine peach and blood orange. A supple and silky texture with a touch of salinity on the finish adds a final flourish of complexity to this new edition. Great with fish, lime and mango and peach foods. To highlight its unique style and aromas serve PN VZ19 between 10 and 11°C. Drink now or leave to evolve in the cellar.
