Langlois Crémant de Loire Vintage Brut Réserve NV – Loire Valley, France – Produced only during great vintage years and aged in the wineries underground caves allows for a more complex and aromatic wine and greater aging potential. A blend of 60% Chenin Blanc and 40% Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc grapes from a variety of quality terroirs, mainly Saumur but also Anjou and Touraine. Long aging on the lees (a minimum of 36 months) gives this wine brioche notes making it ideal for cocktail dinners. Aromas of white fruits and flowers and light hints of vanilla. Pair with fish, shellfish, oysters, poultry and white meats.
