Exton Park RB32 Brut NV – Hampshire, England – Exton Park is a 60 acre single vineyard in the heart of Hampshire’s South Downs. This signature Brut is a pure expression of their house style, produced with 32 skilfully selected reserve wines. Aged in bottle and produced with 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Savoury notes of brioche & baked apple, with a mineral freshness. Pale gold in colour with bright lemony character with notes of passion fruit and honey. Its delicate citrus notes pair perfectly with sweet and meat and fish savoury dishes.
